1. Delivery Locations and Payment Options

We offer cash on delivery across Pakistan, allowing you to first check your order before payment.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping for Major Cities: Free of charge.
• Remote Areas: A delivery fee of PKR 200 is required upfront before we ship the order.

Note: The customers with the order grand total over PKR 5000 will have to pay PKR 500 to confirm their order.

3. Delivery Time

• Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-3 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

We strive to deliver within these timeframes; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

4. Order Verification and Quality Assurance

We offer a "first check, then pay" option for all cash-on-delivery orders, so you can verify your order's condition upon arrival.

5. Quality Guarantee and Returns

If you feel that the fragrance lasting is not as described, please contact our customer service team within 7 days to arrange a return. We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues promptly.
